Hi, I tend to like to find snacks that have a little protein in them so they stay with me longer.  I will go for low fat string cheese, cottage cheese, or a few nuts.

Fresh fruit or veggies work for me. Some people have trouble tolerating this. Might need to experiment to see what works for you. I also have used dried fruit and almonds. Need to make sure you have had enough water on this one though. Best thing to do is test yourself to see what you tolerate. I know it's not an answer, but, you knoww your body and what youcan do better than anyone else. ENJOY!

I found a great snack at Kitchentablebakers.com.  They are parmesan crisps and they have a variety of flavors to choose from.  When you get a hankering for a chip that is what I eat.  Plus it gives you some extra protein.
